Services and procedures
Most of what you need, I can take care of right here.
I practice full-spectrum family medicine, which means I care for newborns, children, adults, and older adults, for everything from a sore throat to the long-term conditions that need attention year after year. I also perform a number of procedures in my office that often get sent somewhere else.
You do not need to be a member to have a procedure done here. Both prices are listed below, so you can see exactly what something costs before you decide anything.
Included with your membership
If you are a member, these are covered by your monthly fee. No copay, no separate bill, and no cap on how often you come in.
Well child visits and newborn care
Well woman and well man visits
Annual and preventive visits
Chronic condition management
Acute illness and injury
School and sports physicals
Mental health medication management
Preoperative physicals
Access to me via phone, video, text, or email
Labs and imaging
I also do ultrasound here in the office, so some imaging that would otherwise mean a separate appointment somewhere else can happen during your visit.
When you need a scan I cannot do here, I can arrange CT and MRI at a fraction of what those usually cost, and I can usually get you scheduled quickly. An MRI that runs about $3,000 elsewhere is $390 when I arrange it.
A few of the most common ones. Whatever scan you end up needing, you will know the price before it is scheduled.

What a membership changes
Here is what the gap between the member and non-member price actually looks like.
A vasectomy is $800 if you are not a member. As a member it is $500. Membership for an adult between 19 and 39 is $80 a month, and there is no waiting period to join. So joining and having the procedure in the same week costs less than the procedure by itself, and you have a doctor for the rest of the year.
Most of the list works out the same way.
